Driving to Oshkosh and want someone else to pay for your gas?

A friend needs help moving a Rose Parakeet project from Bowie, which is near Dallas/Fort Worth to Oshkosh.  Please see Darren Medlin's message and contact Terry Lutz if you can help.

Thank you

Ron, Would you share this with the membership?

Noted test pilot Terry Lutz (15,400 hours in 154 different aircraft) is looking for help moving an approximately 10 foot long, bare, Rose Parakeet fuselage, a box of parts or two, and some rolled up plans from Texas to Oshkosh.  He’ll pay for your gas.  The fuselage and other items are located in Bowie, Texas, northwest of Dallas-Ft Worth.  Bowie is a little out of the way on a direct drive to Oshkosh from San Antonio but he will pay all your fuel costs for the drive up.

If you can help please contact Terry at (517) 648-4864.  If he doesn’t answer leave your name and number and mention my name and this email and he’ll call you back.  Sounds like a great way to save lots of gas money, that you can then spend at Oshkosh J and also help get a classic bi-plane back in the air!

Fly safe,
